TERMS OF SERVICE

HDZ Notary & Multi–Services LLC

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and your purchase or use of services provided by HDZ Notary & Multi–Services LLC (“HDZ Notary & Multi–Services,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By requesting or purchasing our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms.

1. Services

HDZ Notary & Multi–Services LLC may provide services including, but not limited to:

  • Mobile Notary Services
  • Texas Notary Public Services
  • Loan Signing Services
  • Document Preparation Services
  • Administrative and Multi-Service Assistance
  • Document-related services
  • Other services specifically described or agreed upon with the customer

Services offered may vary depending on availability, location, legal requirements, and the nature of the customer's request.

2. Not Legal Advice

HDZ Notary & Multi–Services LLC is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice unless otherwise specifically authorized by law.

Our notarial and document preparation services do not create an attorney-client relationship.

We do not select legal forms or documents for customers based on legal advice, recommend legal strategies, or determine what legal documents a customer should use.

Customers who require legal advice should consult a licensed attorney.

3. Document Preparation Services

When document preparation assistance is provided, the customer is responsible for providing accurate information and reviewing documents before signing or submitting them.

HDZ Notary & Multi–Services LLC is not responsible for information supplied by the customer that is incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading.

Document preparation services do not guarantee approval, acceptance, filing, processing, or a particular legal outcome.

4. Notarial Services

Notarial services are performed in accordance with applicable Texas laws and requirements.

A notary may refuse to perform a notarization when legally required or when the statutory requirements for the notarial act have not been satisfied.

Customers may be required to provide acceptable identification and personally appear before the notary when required by law.

A notary does not provide legal advice or determine whether a document is legally appropriate for the customer's situation.

5. Appointments

Appointments are subject to availability.

Customers should provide accurate contact information and arrive or be available at the agreed appointment time.

If a customer is unavailable, does not have required identification or documents, or otherwise prevents the appointment from being completed, additional fees may apply where permitted and previously disclosed.

6. Mobile Services

For mobile appointments, travel fees may apply depending on the location, distance, time, urgency, or type of service requested.

Any applicable fees will be communicated to the customer before the service is performed whenever reasonably possible.

7. Payment

Payment may be required before or at the time services are provided.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors such as Stripe.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

Because many of our services involve scheduled appointments, travel, preparation, or time reserved specifically for a customer, cancellation and refund eligibility may depend on when the cancellation occurs and whether work has already been performed.

If a service has already been completed, fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or otherwise agreed upon in writing.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.

Any refund will be handled according to the specific service agreement, disclosed cancellation policy, and applicable law.

9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact HDZ Notary & Multi–Services LLC first regarding billing concerns or disputes so that we have an opportunity to review and resolve the issue.

This does not waive any rights a customer may have under applicable law or through their payment provider.

10. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information
  • Providing required documents
  • Providing acceptable identification when required
  • Reviewing documents before signing
  • Following appointment instructions
  • Providing accurate contact and appointment information
  • Paying agreed fees
  • Informing us of any special circumstances that may affect the appointment

11. No Guarantee of Outcome

HDZ Notary & Multi–Services LLC does not guarantee that a document, application, filing, loan, transaction, or other matter will be approved, accepted, funded, recorded, processed, or completed by a third party.

We are not responsible for decisions made by government agencies, lenders, title companies, courts, financial institutions, attorneys, or other third parties.

12. Third-Party Services

Some services may involve third parties, including lenders, title companies, government agencies, payment processors, scheduling platforms, or other service providers.

We are not responsible for delays, decisions, errors, or failures caused by third parties outside our control.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, HDZ Notary & Multi–Services LLC shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or unforeseeable damages arising from the use of our website or services.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive rights or liabilities that cannot legally be waived.

14. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our website for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to interfere with website operation
  • Submit fraudulent information
  • Attempt unauthorized access to website systems
  • Copy or misuse our business materials without permission

15. Intellectual Property

The content of our website, including business names, logos, graphics, text, photographs, and other materials, may be owned by or licensed to HDZ Notary & Multi–Services LLC and may not be reproduced or used without permission.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

These Terms shall be interpreted according to applicable laws of the State of Texas, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
